Gay men in love with Katrina

Everybody seems to agree, whether or not Kats has the talent, her looks are enough to land her any plum project in town.

After the mega success of Dostana, it was rumoured that the sequel will star the original team. But obvious, that Priyanka Chopra is leagues ahead of Katrina, both in terms of talent and hits, but fortune does not seem to be on her side.

Kats has been penciled in to join the band of boys, this time John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan, in the Dostana sequel, with two more ‘gay’ boys following her around, Arjun Rampal and Riteish Deshmukh.

Karan Johar’s brief to Tarun Mansukhani, the director of Dostana was to up the ante for a sequel and everybody was under the gumption that it will star Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan after the two made a much sought after impact at the last Filmfare awards function with their chemistry.

So the new film has ‘gay’ boys wanting to turn ‘straight’ for Kats. Or is it the other way?

A StarBoxOffice source said, “Dharma Productions auditioned over 200 girls but they couldn’t zero it on any one as fresh and popular as Katrina, so after much consternation, Karan Johar approved of her, given that he doesn’t think much of her acting skills, but wants to be proven otherwise by casting her in his sequel.”

The source also informs, “Her role does not require her to prove her acting abilities, so he’s not worked up about it. She just has to glide past the boys chasing her.”

That shouldn't be too hard for Miss Kaif, she’s is after all breezing past a billion hearts into the arms of possessive lover Salman.
