Tom Cruise thanks Indian fans

And he wants to visit them too!

Hollywood actor Tom Cruise, who has expressed a desire to visit India, has taken to the internet to thank his Indian fans for their love and kindness.

The 'Mission Impossible' star recently turned 48 and birthday wishes poured in from all quarters, especially from Indian fans, through Facebook and Twitter.

He posted on his Twitter page, "A huge THANK YOU to the wonderful people of India for their birthday wishes and kindness... I'll see you at the movies Friday," referring to his upcoming film 'Knight and Day'.

The film, slated for release in India July 9, is an action comedy with Cameron Diaz and Cruise in the lead. Cruise and Diaz play a fugitive couple on a race across the globe amid shifting alliances and unexpected betrayals.

Tom Cruise bike in ‘Kambakkht Ishq’

Tom Cruise may not be among the Hollywood stars who are featuring in producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s “Kambakkht Ishq”, but in an indirect way his presence is there.

Remember the bike he rode in “Mission Impossibe”? Well, Akshay Kumar will be seen riding the same vehicle in “Kambakkht Ishq” (pictured above).

It seems Sajid Nadiadwala has left no stone unturned to make “Kambakkht Ishq” special. Right from the action scenes to the props the producer has opted for all original stuff.

A source said, "There is scene with Akshay Kumar in which the actor, who plays a stuntman in the film, has used Tom Cruise's ‘Mission Impossible’ bike. Sajid even hired action director Franco Soleman who created Tom Cruises stunt. The end result it so to be seen to be believed."
