Hrithik’s 40 crore Purchase

He is a superstar rolling in cash so how can we expect anything less from him? He has purchased the house on 11th Road in Juhu, close to his current apartment. He will finally move out his Daddy’s house and shadow.

He currently resides on the ninth floor of El Palazzo with his wife, Suzanne and children. His parents, sister and neice are on the eighth, ninth and tenth floor in the same building, located at 12th Road in Juhu.

His new sprawling purchase, a bungalow called Paras cost him 40 crore and he has purchased it from an exporter. This bungalow is two blocks away from Kavita building, where the actor grew up. He stayed for a little while after the release of Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai.

Needless to say, wife Suzanne will do the interiors of the house which was purchased about five months ago. However, Hrithik has no plans of moving out soon and will probably do so when his sons, who are toddlers now, grow up and join school.

If whispers are to be believed, he will move into the new house to step out of his Daddy’s shadow. The duo doesn’t share the same opinion on everything. Roshan Sr. wasn’t very happy with his proximity to Barbara Mori. To keep their personal and professional loves separate and fuss-free, Roshan Jr. will move out.

Once he moves into his new bungalow, Hrithik will be the superstar among starry neighbours.

Danny Denzongpa, Shatrughan Sinha and Sunny and Bobby Deol are on 11th Road while Hema Malini and her daughters reside on 12th Road, Amitabh Bachchan and Amol Palekar are on 10th Road, Anil Kapoor resides with his family on 7th Road and Jeetendra and family are on 5th Road. Maybe that entire area should be ‘Bollywood Avenue.’
