Salman: The entertainer

Salman Khan loves being part of hardcore commercial cinema and he doesn’t mind flaunting it.

He says, “Every decade cinema goes through change. Earlier, directors used to make original films, then there was a time when the hero would just keep crying throughout the film. That was followed by filmmakers making films from films, and today people are coming up with their own stuff. Cinema ought to change. As long as you are doing things that are emotionally correct, everything is correct. My films entertain people for the two-and-a-half hours that they spend in the theatre. That’s my criteria for doing a film.” No wonder, the audiences love Salman’s movie that are absolutely paisa vasool. Salman, definitely, has his filmi fundas in place.
