When Vivek made Big B cry

After Bhootnath, Amitabh Bachchan and director Vivek Sharma would be joining hands again for Buddham Sharanam Gachchami.

Vivek says he wrote the movie keeping Bachchan in mind and wouldn’t have gone ahead with it had he not agreed to do it. “I remember when I was narrating the story to him, he had tears in his eyes. I knew then that I had won him over!” says Vivek with a smile. Even while writing Bhootnath, Vivek wanted only Bachchan in the film. And this time winning Big B’s confirmation to do the project was a dream come true, he says.

“To have him show that sort of confidence in me to handle such a delicate subject well was amazing,” gushes Vivek.
