Sirf Subbu for Bips
Bipasha Basu demanded the services of make-up artist Subhash Vaggal for Yash Raj film Bachna Ae Haseenon
Bipasha Basu is very particular about her look and styling on-screen. The actress always gets involved in the appearance of her characters, and is known to give creative inputs for the same.
The actress, who’s currently shooting for Yash Raj film Bachna Ae Haseenon is working hard on creating a young and trendy look for her character. However, she had to fight hard to get the right ‘help.’
For the first schedule, Bipasha got make-up artist Subhash Vaggal to help her achieve the look she had in mind. A source reveals, “Bipasha and Subbu (Subhash’s nickname) shared a common vision for her look which is fun and flirty inspired by pop star BeyoncĂ© Knowles.”
However for the second schedule, she was told that he wasn’t available. Bipasha didn’t take that bit of news particularly well.
The source adds, “She wasn’t pleased when she learned that Subhash was replaced with another make-up artist. She felt that the continuity would get affected and demanded that Subbu be brought back. She refused to let any other make-up artist touch her face.” So, Subhash was brought back and the schedule got underway.
Bipasha denied demanding the make-up artist, “It’s not true. Subbu was given to me by Yash Raj. He has earlier worked with Ash in Dhoom 2, Madhuri in Aaja Nachle and with some other actresses.
