Shilpa’s starry needs!

Models, debutante actors and aspiring actors constantly go through the dilemma of not being recognized at public places. Yes, it is a dilemma as after all it is for name, fame and money that artists choose to enter the showbiz! (And we are not complaining!)

The very sexy Shilpa Shetty who is now an established Bollywood star and quite well known actor not only in India but also in the UK (all thanks to her Big Boss win) too had to face this problem recently much to her surprise!

Our source was at the Mumbai airport a few months back since he had to board a flight to Israel and as he kept waiting he spotted the beautiful Shilpa at the airport. “Shilpa was about to fly to London for her musical, Miss Bollywod. She was finishing her formalities at the airport immigration counter... But the sexy actress was very surprised at not being hounded by a single fan.

Apart from a lone young man not a single person even turned his head to look at Shilpa or even asked her for an autograph! Stars are used to all the adulation and Shilpa looked highly disappointed as she felt nobody recognized her! Wearing a casual tee and pants with no makeup on, seems like people mistook her for some obscure model! Shilpa spoke very sweetly to her only admirer (who asked her for an autograph) and even asked his dad if he would like to click a picture with her which he denied!”

“Shilpa was extremely down to earth and seemed like a genuine human being but couldn’t digest the fact that she failed to turn heads! May be her glamorous self is what makes it possible”, added our source.

So Shilpa, take our advice... do not forget to drape a sexy sari or be your glamorous self next time you step out... After all for us Indians, stars cannot afford to look like one of us!
