What’s going on in Govinda’s mind

Chi Chi Slaps an innocent bystander, is scared of the underworld killing him, thinks he’s being haunted and feels people want to poison him.

BOLLYWOOD is very concerned about its favourite funny man Govinda losing his grip on reality.

Now, the actor, shooting for Loot in Bangkok got the producer to shift him to another hotel as he felt the hotel where the cast is staying is haunted!

Industry people are very concerned about their favourite funny man Govinda. In the recent past, there have been many incidents that point to the actor losing his grip on reality.

The whispers about his delusions of grandeur started soon after the actor-turned-MP slapped a bystander (without provocation) on the sets of Money Hai Toh Honey Hai; in the presence of every television channel in the country.

Then Chi Chi refused to shoot in five countries short-listed by producer Sunil Shetty for Loot because of the presence of the underworld.

Now, the actor, who is presently shooting for Loot in Bangkok — a destination of his choice — got the producer to shift him to another hotel because he felt the five-star hotel where the cast is staying is haunted!

Says an insider, “After staying there for one night, Govinda told producer and co-star Sunil Shetty that there was a ghost in the hotel and he couldn’t sleep.

Sunil tried to reason with the actor but it was in vain. Sunil had no option but to put Govinda up in a different hotel.”

After the actor was shifted, he refused to have his meals there. An insider from the Loot unit adds, “He told Sunil that the management at the new hotel was Indian and he didn’t trust them.

He said he would not eat there as they might poison him. Now, the unit people get Govinda’s food made in the ‘haunted’ hotel.”

Govinda said, “What nonsense! Let me tell you that I am the biggest ghost out here. Bhoot Bollywood heroes se darte hai… aur khas kar mujhse, kyun ki I punch and I slap.

I am looking for a ghost you know, jis din ek bhi mil gaya na… main uski g**nd mein goli daal doonga.”
