Lara's livin' in up

With life in the film world so hectic, Lara Dutta took off for Bangalore for a while last week where she attended the art of living seminar – a sort of meditation course. The actress says that it was rejuvenating. "I had done art of living course some six years ago, but I forgot about it. But recently I realised there is so much tension around that I better seek some peace," she says. No wonder the actress is looking fresher than ever!
